Inboxer Terms of Service

Inboxer provides email workspace tools for connecting third-party inboxes, managing business workspaces, creating hosted mailboxes, verifying domains, and collaborating around business communication.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, and making sure anyone you invite to your workspace follows these Terms.

You must be authorized to create or manage a workspace, connect email accounts, verify domains, invite members, and configure mailbox access on behalf of your business or organization.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access, paid user usage, domain settings, provider connections, mailbox access, and any content handled inside the workspace.

You are responsible for the email addresses, domains, messages, attachments, and provider accounts you connect to Inboxer. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them with the service.

You may not use Inboxer to send spam, phishing, malware, abusive messages, illegal content, or any communication that violates provider rules, anti-abuse laws, or the rights of others.

Paid features may be billed by plan, usage, add-ons, or other pricing terms shown at checkout or in the product. You authorize Inboxer or its payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

A first-time Inboxer subscription may include a 14-day trial. Each subscription belongs to one account owner and includes access to that owner’s workspace.

Plan limits may apply to connected accounts, mailboxes, domains, team members, teams, storage, syncing, sending, and other product features. We may update pricing or limits with reasonable notice.

You may not misuse Inboxer, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, overload infrastructure, scrape without permission, or use the service to harm others.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, workspace, domain, message flow, or integration creates security, legal, deliverability, or abuse risk.

Inboxer may integrate with services such as Google, Microsoft, email hosts, domain providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Inboxer is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API limits, provider errors, or data handling outside our control.

Inboxer is evolving. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the product, comply with law, protect the service, or respond to provider requirements.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any specific feature.

You retain ownership of your workspace content. You give Inboxer permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for backing up content where required by your business, legal, or compliance needs. Inboxer is not intended to be the only archive for regulated records unless a separate written agreement says so.

Inboxer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.
